一 |     (ECNS) -- The Global Smart Education Conference 2026 themed “Reimagining Education in the Age of AI: Equity, Quality and Sustainability” was held in Beijing from Tuesday through Thursday, gathering representatives from over 60 countries.    Co-hosted by Beijing Normal University and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, the threeday event focused on building inclusive, technologydriven education systems. It featured forums covering all stages of education, from early childhood to lifelong learning.    A key highlight was the launch of the Global Smart Schools Program. This initiative aims to foster international cooperation by sharing best practices and case studies from countries including China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Canada, and Kenya. The program outlines five pillars of smart schooling, centering on AI‑driven learning experiences, digital training for teachers, and strong home‑community collaboration.    Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun announced the nation's "AI Plus Education" action plan, which integrates digital resources across all levels of education. Tang Qian, UNESCO Assistant Director-General for Education, emphasized sustainable, fair, and human‑centered technology integration, as well as joint resource sharing.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。    本报讯 特约记者马东旭报道日前，兴城市公安局组织警力在宁远广场开展反诈宣传活动。         　　宣传现场，民辅警深入群众及周边商户，通过发放宣传单、反诈讲解等形式，用通俗易懂的语言向群众普及如何识别、防范电信网络诈骗，以及遭遇诈骗后的处理方法。民辅警还结合刷单类、贷款类的典型诈骗案例，向群众讲解了诈骗的特点及危害。

二 | 同时，积极引导居民注册使用“国家反诈中心”APP，加强自身安全防范意识，保护好自身的信息安全，防患于未然。提醒群众要做到“不轻信、不透露、不转账、护隐私、抵诱惑”，远离各类电信网络诈骗陷阱。
